Buy
- Once you have chosen the product you want to buy, click on the “Add to cart” button on the product page.
If the product has variables, such as scale or version, you must select which one you want before adding to cart.
If the product is a Preorder you will be able to select if you want to pay the full price or pay a deposit and pay the rest later.
- In the cart click on “Checkout” to go to the payment page.
If you want to buy more products you can add them to the cart as in the previous step.
You can always access the cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of the website.
- Fill in the form with your personal data and shipping address.
- Select your preferred payment method, fill in the requested information and click on“Place order”.
- After completing the payment you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order.
If you do not find the email in your inbox, we recommend that you check your spam or junk mail folder.
To ensure you receive our communications, please mark our email as “not spam”.
Preorder products are those that, at the time of sale, are not available in stock and are not ready to be shipped.
The studios present a prototype and the figures are offered for sale prior to production.
Once production is completed, they are shipped to buyers.
The estimated production completion date is indicated in the product description.
Products in stock are those that are available in the warehouse and ready to be shipped.
As soon as we receive the order we send it to the customer.
These terms refer to the quarter of the year in which production is expected to be completed and the figure shipped.
Q1 (First Quarter): January to March
Q2 (Second Quarter): April to June
Q3 (Third Quarter): July to September
Q4 (Fourth Quarter): October to December
It is important to note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to delays due to various reasons.
If the product you want is out of stock, you can visit the product page and leave your email so we can notify you when it is available again.
If the product has variables (scale, version, etc.), you must first select the one you are interested in before leaving your email.
Most of the figures have a limited production run and are unlikely to be restocked, but occasionally there may be some units available for various reasons.
After full payment or deposit, your figure is reserved and you will have to wait for production.
Check the production date on the product page.
This date may vary due to production delays or other inconveniences.
The studio will provide updates, images of the process and inform if there are any delays.
Reservations with deposit or payment in installments: We recommend paying attention to the email.
When the figure is ready to ship, we will notify you to complete the final payment.
When you have completed the payment in full and the figure is ready, we will proceed to send it.
Payment
We offer the most common and secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
You also have the option to pay in installments using Paypal if you wish.
Preorders: you have the option to make a deposit and pay the rest when the order is ready to be shipped.
You can also choose to pay in installments.
Products in stock: you can choose to pay the total price all at once or split it into installments.
If you choose to pay in installments, the order will not be shipped until 100% of the price has been paid.
Yes, we offer the option to pay in installments.

Once the figure is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email to complete the remaining payment.
You will have 30 days to pay.
Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times for orders vary between 35-55 working days from the time the package is shipped.
Please note that pre-orders will not be shipped until production is completed.
At Fanpolis, we offer the best shipping conditions available in terms of speed and price.
For countries in the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan, shipping cost and customs are included in the price.
If you are located on an island or isolated place, please contact us before purchasing to verify the price.
For all other countries, a minimum cost will be added depending on the dimensions and weight of the package.
We are committed to guaranteeing the lowest possible cost.
Yes, all our shipments have a tracking number that allows you to track the package.
You can check this number on your order page in My Account.
The tracking number is not updated until the package clears customs in the destination country.
It is normal for no changes to occur during the first 40 days.
If more than 40 days have passed and the tracking still has not been updated, please contact us so we can check for any issues.
After sales
Order in stock: Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.
Please, let us know as soon as possible to cancel the order and make the refund. Please note that transaction fees charged by the payment method will not be refunded.
Preorders: Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel the order but you can transfer your order to another interested person.
The studios produce according to the number of figures reserved and use the money from the reserve for production.
We are sorry to hear that you received your order damaged.
We try to ensure that all packages are packed with the utmost protection and care, but sometimes this can happen.
Don’t worry, we will do everything in our power to help you.
Let us know as soon as possible and send us photos of the damage so that we can offer you the best solution. In most cases, damaged parts are replaced or repaired.
Please note that we are intermediaries and it is up to the studio to decide which solution can be offered.
Each case is treated individually.
If you do not notify us of the damage within 7 days, the studio may refuse any after-sales assistance.
