Purchasing items from Fanpolis
The creation of a contract between you & us in an e-commerce environment takes place when the following steps take place on our site:
- you submit your order on the website by pressing the ‘confirm order’ button at the end of the check-out process.
- We will then send you by email an order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered. This is not order acceptance.
- As your product is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order (see details below) or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in how to cancel your order below.

All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following policy:
We consider that order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us takes place on the despatch of the products you have ordered.
This contract may change if:
- we notify you that we are unable to accept your order. We may not be able to accept your order if:-
- The product you ordered is unavailable from stock and there is no prospect of us receiving stock in the short term
- We have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- We realise that there has been a pricing or product description error
- You have not registered properly providing your name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
- You are under 18 years of age
- Your credit or debit card is issued by a bank unacceptable to us
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services team.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Goods remiain the property of Fanpolis until full payment is received.
Orders can only shipped to the delivery address given on the order. Any changes must be made in writing to [email protected] before the order is dispatched. Fanpolis does not accept liablity of an incorrect shipping address once dispatched.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Contract cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact us at [email protected] including the following details:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent.
Please note that we may charge and admin fee for all cancellations. This is to cover transaction and refund costs charged to us.
If the order has been shipped, shipping costs will not be refunded.
After sales
The resin figures are a fragile product and although they are always shipped with the maximum protection and security it may happen that they arrive with some damage.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] . We may ask you for pictures/evidence to prove the damage has happened in transit. We will then assesss and advise of next steps.
Fanpolis will do its best to get a replacement or partial refund according to the damage.
Box Policy
While we always do our best to only send the best boxes minor box issues like dents, scratches and scuffs are not considered as product damage in line with industry standards. Returns can not be accepted at our cost for box damage.
Description of products
Each item offered for sale on our website is sold on the basis of the product description and related photograph. The description may outline additional conditions that relate to that item in particular. These may include but are not limited to, additional terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times. Dates are estimates and delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation of the order.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Price and Payment options
Prices of Products may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders which you have placed that have been confirmed by the Despatch Confirmation.
We can accept payment from you using any of the following debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard
We also accept Paypal.
The payment will be debited from your nominated account at the time your order is placed.
You confirm that the credit, debit or payment method that is being used is yours.
Payment in installments:
It is possible to pay for orders in installments using the Paypal invoice service. This service may have other charges that depend on Paypal.
We reserve the right to disable this feature at any time or any product. No order will be shipped until full payment is received.
Preorders
Products that are preorders can either be paid in full or with a partial deposit. For partial deposits you will be charged the deposit amount shown, when the item(s) are available and the order is ready to be shipped we will contact by email with an invoice that will allow you to pay the remaining amount – we allow up to 14 days to pay the remaining balance of a preorder unless agreed otherwise by Fanpolis. Preorders that are paid fully will be shipped immediately after the item(s) on the order are ready.
Orders that have preorders with different release dates or with items that are currently in stock will be shipped separately as and when they are available
Products marked as a ‘Preorder’ are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. As preorders are a special request item we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless the item is damaged or the wrong product is received, in the case where a deposit has been paid if the customer refuses to pay the remaining balance when the product(s) on the order are ready to be shipped then the customer will forfeit the deposit paid and product(s) on the order. By preordering an item you accept that the item cannot be returned unless agreed by us.
