Preorder products are products that, at the time of sale, are not available in stock and are not ready to be shipped.
The studios present a prototype and the figures are offered for sale prior to production. Once production is completed, they are shipped to buyers.
The estimated production completion date is indicated on each product:
Q1 (First Quarter): January to March
Q2 (Second Quarter): April to June
Q3 (Third Quarter): July to September
Q4 (Fourth Quarter): October to December
It is important to note that this date is an estimate and may be delayed due to various circumstances.
Payment
When ordering, you have the option to pay the full amount or pay a deposit as a reserve and complete the remaining payment when the figure is ready to be shipped. There is also the option to pay in installments.
Things you should know before placing a Preorder:
- This is a product that is not in stock and is not ready to ship.
- The production end date may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Make sure you are willing to wait.
- It is not possible to cancel the order. If you no longer want the order, you can transfer it to another interested person.
- The final product may vary from the prototype images.
If you do not agree with any of the above points, we recommend you not to buy a figure in preorder.
